Enhancing Sonne am Haus’ customer experience using a VR sales tool
Sonne am Haus’ network of distributors helps customise winter gardens, orangeries and conservatories to their customers’ homes. In order to make it easier for the customers to make the purchasing decision, Sonne am Haus requested a virtual reality sales tool to showcase a digital version of the finished product. This sales tool allows the customer to enter a virtual winter garden, interact with various design elements and even experience different seasons inside this virtual winter garden before even placing the order. Additionally, it’s possible to control different movable parts of the winter garden like blinds, doors, windows, etc.

Together with Sonne am Haus, we decided on a VR sales tool
Sonne am Haus’ new VR sales tool allows the customer to experience a winter garden before it is even built. In order to offer accessibility for all audiences, VR headsets, as well as additional apps for tablets and mobile devices, were created. This way a presenter can control the application remotely while the customer simply enjoyed the experience.
